Description

Linkage relationships among Mj-2, a new source of resistance to the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne javanica, SCARs Q1-850 and scar21A flanking Mj-1, and 6 SSRs on chromosome 8 of carrot as determined in segregating F3 families derived from a resistant (PI 652188) × susceptible F2 population. The linkage map was oriented based on common markers with the carrot reference map (Cavagnaro et al. 2011).
