Did the Qinling Mountains as an isolation barrier or migration corridor of species evolution? Evidence from the population evolutionary history of an alpine cold-tolerant herb Notopterygium oviforme
Type
Project
Description
These results demonstrated that the Mountains uplifts and climatic events have profoundly shaped the cryptic intraspecific diversification and population dynamics shifts of N. oviforme. The present results also provided the new insights into the Qinling Mountains was an important east-westwardly isolation barrier for genetic differentiation of the alpine cold-tolerant herb plants.
