Daucus carota Raw sequence reads

In the present investigation, we report for the first time deep sequencing of miRNAs from the carrot cultivars showing contrasting color. Our aim was to identify the conserved miRNAs and their differential gene expression in two contrasting colour cultivars of carrot, which plays an important role in colour development.
