Isoform sequencing provides a more comprehensive view of transcriptome in Panax ginsing

To create transcriptomic data providing a more comprehensive view of functional genomics in P. ginseng, we recently generated a genome-wide transcriptome data of P. ginseng derived from four various tissues by using PacBio single-molecule sequencing technology.
