Abstract
The Agricultural Research Service, USDA, with the California and Florida Agricultural Experiment Stations announce the release of two high quality carrot inbreds to provide germplasm for developing improved genotypes and producing proprietary hybrids. One three-way experiment combination [(B8O8OxB2302)xB2566] which involves these inbreds and is named SAVORY, has been announced because of its performance during 2 years of trials in Florida, California, and Wisconsin.
