South Australian Flora Raw sequence reads

Generation of a genomic database for South Australian plants. Database consists of Nuclear and Chloroplast loci that were isolated through target enrichment sequencing using the AusFlora2020 bait set. The database is being generated for meta genomics purposes such as pollination services, environmental DNA sequencing and more.
