Cnidium monnieri Raw sequence reads

Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss has important medicinal value for its abundance in coumarins which exhibit a broad range of pharmacological functions. To identify genes involved in coumarin biosynthesis and accumulation, we analyzed transcriptome data from the leaf, root, flower and stem tissues of C. monnieri.
