llumina sequencing generated 238,088,996 clean reads, assembled into 67,836 unigenes, and 36,929 unigenes (54.4%) were annotated based on the information available from the public databases. 1,333 genes were differentially expressed between the two samples, which consisted of 216 up-regulated and 1,117 down-regulated genes.
